gpivtools-mpi software package provides command line programs for Particle Image Velocimetry - MPI version, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gpivtools-mpi
gpivtools-mpi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gpivtools-mpi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gpivtools-mpi *
You will get with gpivtools-mpi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
